I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and warm, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. The location is convenient, just a short bus ride to the gondola, though the walk back can be a bit of a climb. The staff is friendly, especially if you're enjoying drinks at the bar, but at times, they seemed distracted, especially during busy hours. Overall, it offers great value for money, but there’s definitely some room for improvement in service timing.

The location was a big plus, being close to the ski slopes, but some areas around the hotel got muddy, which could be improved. I had a great stay at this hotel—it’s really well-located, not too far from the downtown area. The rooms were spacious and clean, making them perfect for our ski trip. The staff were friendly, but I found the service lacking at times. Breakfast was decent but could use some variety. The parking situation was a bit of a hassle since we had to pay extra for shoes and boots storage, which felt a bit annoying.
